then, based on the literature review, the researcher created and performed in-depth interviews in three parachurch ministry settings. however, the research did not confirm my hypothesis that these types of high-yield church planting organizations have a significantly lower per capita giving than their counterparts. the centerpiece of this project revolves around two case studies of chinese churches that are presently sponsoring and hosting vocational ministry internships. exits, or forced terminations of ministers, are a serious problem in pastoral ministry. through the use of a questionnaire, a standard evaluation instrument, on-site observation and church documentation, data was collected, analyzed and interpreted, with the intent to observe if the senior pastor was
