discovered in selected churches. the long-range goal of project cathedral is to develop tools to help pastors be more equipped in analyzing their gifts, character development and vision, evaluating their ministry skills and assessing action steps needed for improvement of leadership. the conclusion was to declare that leadership involvement in managing crises is a necessary and constitutent part of church ministry. examining ten of the report’s personal characteristics criteria—fidelity to tasks and persons, personal responsibility, acknowledgment of limitations, involvement in caring, however, the research did not confirm my hypothesis that these types of high-yield church planting organizations have a significantly lower per capita giving than their counterparts. the centerpiece of this project revolves around two case studies of chinese churches that are presently sponsoring and hosting vocational ministry internships. exits, or forced terminations of ministers, are a serious problem in pastoral ministry. through the use of a questionnaire, a standard evaluation instrument, on-site observation and church documentation, data was collected, analyzed and interpreted, with the intent to observe if the senior pastor was functioning in a strength-based style of leadership as defined in the hypothesis. the hypothesis states that an effective christian leader maximizes his strengths, minimizes his weaknesses, and develops in christlike character in order to attract others to accomplish a common vision. to measure this hypothesis, a survey was administered to board members from around the state. this study investigates this unique way of providing a bible college education for the ukrainians, examines the results of the ministry, and critiques the materials that
