minutesby paulo coelho, translated by margaret jull costa 304pp, harpercollins, £14. minutes is the story of maria, a young girl from a brazilian village, whose first innocent brushes with love leave her heartbroken. from this intensive interest and use of the internet sprang his bold new project: the experimental witch where he invites his readers to adapt to the screen his book the witch of portobello. i do agree on the philosophical thingy, but for my point of view, it doesn't quite fit in this book. now it's my time to read it and i'm so excited since one of my classmate really like it and he said that this is his most favorite coelho book.
